Instructions for Using AdorationPro

Signing In

Please remember to sign in on the iPad in front of the Oratory or with your phone: https://adorationpro.org/stjohnmd.

If you are a substitute, sign in as the person you are filling in for under “Scheduled Adorer Sign-In or Substitute”

If another adorer in your timeslot has let you know at the last minute that they would not be there, instead of seeking a substitute (more on this below) please sign them in along with yourself.

Two Adorers per Hour

Our goal is to have two scheduled adorers per hour.

**If you are in a timeslot with other people, please check with them to make sure that someone will be at adoration if you cannot make it last minute rather than sending out a sub request. If you do this, the other adorer should sign you in as well.

If you don’t have the contact information for the other adorer(s) in your timeslot – please contact Kathy Kirby at mrskirby1966@gmail.com, and she will put you in touch via email.

How to Find a Substitute

1. Go to https://adorationpro.org/stjohnmd

2. Select "Find A Sub" on the lower right-hand side (it is the option in the middle)

3. Enter the password: subpass

4. Select "Auto Sub Request"

5. Fill out the form and then you are all set. An email will go out to the Sub list and someone will sign up to take that spot.
