Winter Relief 2025

DONATIONS ARE TO BE DROPPED OFF AT ST. ANDREW BY THE BAY! Please do not bring to St. John the Evangelist.

Volunteer to help support Winter Relief (held at St. Andrews by the Bay) Dec. 29, 2025 - Jan. 5, 2026.

St. John’s will sponsor Winter Relief this year, in conjunction with Anne Arundel House of Hope, during the week of Dec. 29 - Jan. 5. While St. John is the sponsoring parish, note that we will host our guests at St. Andrew by the Bay, due to a conflict with our school schedule.

It is only through your always-generous outreach and contributions that we are able to offer warm shelter, hot meals, and a spirit of welcome to those who are without this winter. Please check out the Signup Genius links below to see how you might want to join in the St. John’s Winter Relief effort from Dec. 29 through Jan. 5, as we partner with the House of Hope in Glen Burnie and other churches in our area to provide shelter and food during the winter months for those who are without warm homes and hot meals. Thank you for your past generosity.

There is a particular need for hosts who check in our guests each day, socialize, do “wake up” calls, distribute bagged lunches, and see guests off in the morning. Please consider the signup opportunities on the hosting sign-ups below if you are able to help in this way. Thank you in advance for sharing your time and blessings!
