Marriage Enrichment Series: When the Wine Runs Dry
When the wine ran short, the mother of Jesus said to him, “They have no wine.”
Couples of Saint John’s, do you feel like you need supernatural grace to overcome an obstacle or struggle in your marriage? At times have you felt distracted from your spouse? Are there activities or things such as work, hobbies, family, sports, friends that you enjoy more than the time spent with your spouse? Are there addictions that have taken the place of quality time with husband or wife? Do you want to regain the desire for your spouse from years ago?
Join us on Saturday, March 7, 7—9p.m. in the Church as we continue this year’s Marriage Enrichment Series, When the Wine Runs Dry, and turn to Our Lord for his healing when the wine runs dry.
The night will include praise and worship in front of the Blessed Sacrament and a short talk by Fr. Jeremy Smith about the Wine of Virtue.
Join us as we contemplate how struggles in our marriage drain our martial intimacy and find ways we can turn to Our Lord for help and guidance. Join other likeminded couples for an evening of music, praise and worship centered around healing and renewed hope in our marriages.
Engaged and dating couples are encouraged to attend. Wine and cheese will be served afterwards.
The event is free, and childcare will be provided upon request. Please RSVP so that we can plan accordingly for refreshments and childcare.
