Respect Life Movie—"The Dignity Mandate”—Physician Assisted Suicide
The Respect Life Ministry will show “The Dignity Mandate” on Friday, Jan. 6, at 7p.m. in the Gathering Space Meeting Room. The Maryland General Assembly will again consider a bill to legalize assisted suicide in the 2023 session. The bill has been pre-filed and will possibly come up at the beginning of the session, which begins in January. This bill has been defeated in the past due to many dedicated Marylanders who have stood up against those pushing to end the lives of the elderly, sick and disabled. What our vulnerable citizens need is the true compassion of Jesus Christ. Each year this bill becomes harder to defeat. Last year it was defeated by one vote. Please come to be educated about this bill and what you can do to prevent its passage.
