Turn to Your Faith for Comfort!
All these saints had anxiety and turned to their faith for comfort: St. John of the Cross; Saint Therese of Lisieux; Saint Benedict; Saint Ignatius of Loyola; and Saint Dymphna, who is known as the patroness of those afflicted with nervous disorders and anxiety.
Come to the next St. Dymphna Prayer Group on Saturday, March 14 at 11a.m. in the Parish Office Great Room. Pray with us. Listen to a talk on anxiety. If you’d like, you may share your story over lunch, provided by the SJE MHA Ministry team.
