SMS Terms & Conditions – Internal Use

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the St. John the Evangelist School Help Desk SMS Service.

Service Description

The St. John the Evangelist School Help Desk SMS Service allows authorized faculty and staff to communicate with the school's Help Desk regarding technology support requests.

Messages may include support-request confirmations, follow-up questions, troubleshooting instructions, status updates, scheduling information, and resolution notifications.

The service is intended solely for school-related Help Desk and technical support communications and is not used for advertising or promotional marketing.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Participation in the SMS Help Desk Service is voluntary.

Faculty and staff who have been provided the Help Desk SMS number through internal school communications may voluntarily initiate an SMS support request by texting that number.

By initiating an SMS support request, the user consents to receive SMS responses from St. John the Evangelist School relating to that support request.

SMS consent is not required to obtain Help Desk support. Faculty and staff who do not wish to use SMS may contact the Help Desk through other available support methods.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the nature and status of the user's Help Desk request.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Users should consult their wireless carrier and service plan for information regarding applicable charges.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. After opting out, no additional SMS messages will be sent unless the user initiates a new opt-in in accordance with the Help Desk SMS program.

Reply HELP for assistance.
